Several Elliott HiReach models, including the popular L65 , are specifically designed to be mounted on chassis with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 25,999 lbs or less. This allows operation without requiring a CDL in most jurisdictions, offering greater flexibility in crewing and potentially reducing operating costs.
