Your Success Drives Us: Reflecting on 2024 and Partnering

for a Thriving 2025

As we close out 2024, I want to take a moment to thank you for being an essential part of Elliott’s journey this year. Your trust and collaboration have been at the heart of everything we’ve achieved.

This year was a time of progress and growth for Elliott. Thanks to strategic efforts within our organization and a more stable supply chain, we have significantly enhanced our throughput and operational efficiency. These improvements have enabled us to deliver on our commitment to providing high-quality, reliable equipment—on time and ready to meet the challenges of your work.

We also had the privilege of connecting with many of you at key industry events, such as the ISA Sign Expo and the Electric Utility Fleet Managers Conference (EUFMC). These opportunities allowed us to showcase our latest innovations in aerial work platforms, digger derricks, and cranes, while gaining valuable insights into how we can better support your evolving needs.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited to build on this momentum. Our team is working hard to develop new products and solutions that will enhance safety, efficiency, and adaptability for the demands of tomorrow’s projects. These efforts reflect our unwavering commitment to delivering equipment that truly lives up to our “Built for You” promise.

On behalf of the entire Elliott team, thank you for your partnership. We look forward to another year of innovation and shared success. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a prosperous New Year!

Warm regards,

Jim Glazer
President & CEO, Elliott Equipment Company

DID YOU KNOW? ELLIOTT’S SUPERIOR SIDE REACH HELPS YOU WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER

At Elliott, we know that your work demands more than just height—it requires flexibility, efficiency, and safety. That’s why our telescopic “point and shoot” design is engineered to provide not only exceptional height but also unmatched side reach and stability, allowing you to get the job done with less hassle.

Unlike many articulated aerial platforms, Elliott’s telescopic design delivers superior side reach while minimizing tail-swing. This feature is especially critical when you’re working near traffic or in confined spaces, helping you maintain both efficiency and safety.

With Elliott, you can accomplish more tasks from a single setup. Our long-reaching side reach reduces the need for frequent repositioning, allowing you to cover more ground quickly and improve overall productivity.
Whether you’re installing signage, maintaining infrastructure, or tackling utility projects, Elliott’s platforms combine reach and stability into one powerful solution. By maximizing efficiency and keeping your crew focused, we help you achieve more every day.

When it comes to getting the job done right, Elliott’s telescopic platforms are Built for You

DEVELOPING EXPERTISE: A LOOK AT ELLIOTT’S SERVICE SCHOOL

In October, Elliott Equipment Company hosted its annual Service School, welcoming dealers from across the U.S. and Canada to Omaha for five days of immersive, hands-on training. Designed to empower our dealers with in-depth knowledge and skills, this event underscores our commitment to supporting customers through every stage of their Elliott experience.

Participants gained a deep understanding of Elliott’s hydraulics and control systems, working directly with our factory technicians—the experts who build and maintain our equipment. The combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training allowed attendees to apply their learning immediately, ensuring they left with the confidence to tackle real-world challenges.

One of the program’s highlights was the opportunity to collaborate with peers from across North America, exchanging insights and best practices. This shared learning experience fosters a stronger dealer network, which translates to faster, more efficient service and support for customers in the field.

By investing in dealer training, we ensure that our customers benefit from industry-leading expertise and reliable, informed service. Elliott’s Service School is another way we deliver —ensuring your equipment operates at peak performance, wherever the job takes you.

Thank you to all who attended for your dedication to delivering excellence!

STAYING AHEAD OF WINTER HAZARDS

Winter presents unique challenges, but with the right precautions, you can keep your team safe and productive. Here are key OSHA-approved tips to navigate the season with confidence:

Stay Weather-Ready
Monitor conditions and plan ahead to minimize exposure to extreme cold or storms.

Assess Risks Regularly
Check on your physical condition and that of your team to prevent cold-related injuries.

Recognize Cold Stress
Watch for symptoms of trench foot, frostbite, hypothermia, and chilblains, including numbness, redness, swelling, or confusion. Early action is critical.

Dress for the Cold
Wear layers, protect extremities, and keep spare dry clothing on hand. Waterproof boots are a must.

Stay Dry
Wet clothing accelerates heat loss. Change out of damp clothing promptly to avoid trench foot and other issues.

Hydrate and Stay Warm
Drink warm, sweet fluids to maintain energy and warmth.

Use Proper Equipment
Provide PPE designed for cold conditions and follow safe work practices to minimize exposure.

By staying prepared, you can protect your crew and keep them focused on the job. At Elliott, your safety is our priority, because when you’re safe, you’re unstoppable.
