Why did they choose Elliott?
Currently have a fairly new H110R in their fleet and it has worked out great for their applications.

Why did they spec the unit like they did?
Basically, they specified a unit just like the one they currently have. Only major differences would be the addition of a jib and winch, making this unit an enhanced multi-purpose truck.
